Watch ye therefore & pray always that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass   Luke 21:36

For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?

Revelation 6:17

There is a storm coming, you can see it over the horizon, the sun is just about to set and we see the atmosphere is beginning to prepare for a great tempest, and unless you see the light of the glorious gospel of Jesus Christ you will perish in the storm.

In Mark the 13th Chapter we see how Jesus himself is preparing us for the storm which is about to take place for "in those days... the sun shall be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars of heaven shall fall, and the power that are in the heaven shall be shaken."  Mark 13:24-25

We are told to watch and pray because no man knows the hour when the Lord cometh, we must not be found sleeping.  Paul warned us "that the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh up them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape." I Thessalonians 5:2-3
This is why God the Father sent his son Jesus to be our saviour.  "for the Son of man is not come to destroy men's lives, but to save them."  Luke 9:56

Now listen carefully, the word save means to deliver from danger or harm; to guard from destruction or loss, too rescue from a horrifying experience.  Hell as we know it is a horrifying experience.

In the book of Luke 16;23-24, here we see the account of Lazarus and the rich man, where the rich man lifted up his eyes in hell and was being tormented in the flames!

Remember what the Lord spoke, "behold, Satan hath desired to have you, that he may sift you  as wheat: but I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not:"   Luke 22:31-32

Do you remember the old game show Let's Make a Deal?  Imagine behind one door there is peace, joy, love and harmony and behind the other door there's is pain, suffering, hatred and death.  No rational mind would choose the latter, yet many inadvertently will.  Look around you.  Can you see the storm approaching?  Perilous times are coming.  Wars and rumors of war, bizarre temperature changes, global warming, earthquakes in divers places, and so on and so forth.  Coincidence, I think not!  If Christ came back today would you be ready?  If not, I strongly urge you to give your life to Jesus today.  Tomorrow might be too late.

My friend, you can run but you can't hide. Take heed to the words that have been spoken.  There will come a time.  A time of great devastation.  A time on earth where "in those days shall men seek death, and shall not find it: and shall desire to die, and death shall flee from them?"  Revelation 9:6

You are already in the midst of the storm, reach out and grab hold to that knight and shining armor, our rescuer, the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  He is waiting.

We invite you to now receive the Lord Jesus Christ as your personal savior.  Upon doing so, yo will become a part of the family of God.

Pray this prayer:
Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to you in the name of Jesus Christ and I ask you to forgive me for all my sins and to cleanse me from all unrighteousness.  I accept the fact that you died for me at Calvary and rose again from the dead.  I open my heart to receive you as Lord and Savior of my life.

You said in Romans 10:9, that if I would confess with my mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in my heart that God has raised Jesus from the dead, I would be saved.  I ask you to come into my heart Jesus and help me to live for you and be all that you have called me to be.   You told us in Acts Chapter 2 the 21st verse that "whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved."  I call on you now Jesus and ask you to forgive me for all my sins.  Save me Jesus and help  me live for you!   Thank you Father for saving me.    Amen!

If you prayed this pray with all sincerity, you are now a child of God.  Go share your experience with someone... "for with the heart of man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." Romans 10:10.
